How do I initiate a funds transfer?

Funding your Groundfloor Investor Account is as simple as initiating an ACH transfer. Go to My Account in the top right and select Transfer Funds. If you do not see a Transfer Funds option click Account Settings instead and then navigate to Payment Methods and select Edit Payment Methods. You will then see the option to initiate a funds transfer. On the following pages we collect your banking information, including your routing and account number.

Once your banking information has been submitted you will receive two micro deposits to your bank account in the next 1-2 business days. After verifying the amounts of the micro deposits in your Groundfloor Investor Account you will be prompted to select the dollar amount of the funds transfer you wish to initiate. Typically funds transfers take 3-5 business days from start to finish.
