The loans that remain outstanding from the 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages are past their contractual maturity dates. While historically over 98% of Groundfloor’s loans have been resolved within 3 years, most through borrower repayment, the remaining loans in these pre-2022 vintages are in advanced stages of default and are more likely to be resolved through alternative means such as foreclosure, where full recovery of principal is less likely.
