Groundfloor’s core business is originating and facilitating investments in the residential transition loan (RTL) market. The RTL is the loan and the LRO is the security of that loan. As an analogy, think of it like this: the borrower is the RTL and the investor is the LRO. Two different sides of the same house.
While these remain our core focus, we are also exploring adjacent opportunities within the real estate vertical. These opportunities are designed to add strategic value to our existing products or create new ways for our investors to diversify their portfolios.
