To finish setting up your bank information and start investing, follow these steps:
Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner
Click on 'funding sources' from the drop down menu
Select the sub-account that you wish to edit the funding source for
There you will see a linked bank account, or an option to add a bank account if one is not already linked.
Note that bank account connections may take several business days to complete, but often finish within hours. Once your funds have been transferred, they'll be ready for investment. Additionally, Groundfloor supports only ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers; other methods like mailing checks are not available. The microdeposit verification process, if necessary, takes approximately 2-3 business days.
