First of all, thanks for being a Groundfloor shareholder! There are a few reasons your Groundfloor shares may not be on your account.
1) The most likely reason is that you participated in the equity raise on a third-party platform (i.e. Republic, WeFunder, or SeedInvest) using a different email than the one associated with your Groundfloor account. To resolve this, please email us at Support@groundfloor.us providing both email addresses, the date you purchased the equity shares and the # of shares purchased. Our support team can then look up your participation and update your account with the shareholder status. Please allow 2-3 weeks for equity updates to post.
2) You have transferred your equity shares to another account holder.
3) Your shares are still being updated for the current raise.
