Loans (Formerly known as LROs)
Pick and choose which individual investments you’d like to make. These investments are short-term real estate deals backed by senior mortgages. LROs offer rates from 9% to 15%* The minimum initial investment for loans is $10. Term lengths usually span from 6 to 18 months.
New loans are available every Wednesday at 12 PM EST.
If you’re interested in being a more hands-on investor, this is a great way to individually select your investments.
Groundfloor Notes
With Notes, you lend directly to Groundfloor before these projects hit the platform as loans. These offer fixed rates and come in two forms -- Standard and Rollover. Please see the Notes on the Invest Page for our current offers.
