Here’s how to opt out of a Note:
Step 1. Login to your account and click on ‘assets’
Step 2. Select the Note you wish to opt-out of rollover.
Step 3. Click on ‘Manage Rollover’.
Step 4. Select ‘Turn it Off’ and you will see text outlining the date you will receive your final principal and interest repayment.
If for any reason you do not see the option to manage rollovers on the web, please attempt to manage rollovers on the app. Here's how to accomplish this via the app:
Step 1: Login to your account via the app
Step 2: Click on the pie chart at the bottom
Step 3: Select Notes
Step 4: Choose the Note you with to opt-out of rollover
Step 5: Step 3. Click on ‘Manage Rollover’.
Step 6. Select ‘Turn it Off’ and you will see text outlining the date you will receive your final principal and interest repayment.
** Note: If you invested in a 12-month note prior to 12/1/2025, this is not applicable as those Notes functioned as single-term notes, and did not automatically rollover.
