How to Enter a Promo or Referral Code on Groundfloor

Welcome to Groundfloor! We’re excited to have you get started. If you have a promo or referral code, follow the steps below to make sure it’s applied correctly to your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Link Your Bank Account
    After you sign up, you’ll be prompted to link your bank account. This step is required before you can enter a promo or referral code.

  2. Choose Your First Investment
    Once your bank account is linked, you’ll be guided to select your first investment.

  3. Review Your Investment in Your Wallet
    After selecting an investment, you’ll be taken to your Wallet. Here, you’ll see a confirmation screen for your investment.

  4. Enter Your Referral Code
    On the confirmation screen, look for the “Referral Code” field. Enter your promo or referral code in this section before confirming your investment.

  5. Receive Your Referral Bonus
    After your first investment is completed, our system will automatically track your referral and distribute any applicable bonus within 30 calendar days.
