What is the GF Consumer Credit Portfolio (GFCCP II)?

Written by Marisa

GFCCP II is a niche private market credit product that is focused on consumer lending. Groundfloor has partnered with Hive Financial Assets to bring you access to recession-hedged micro-lending β€” a countercyclical strategy where demand for immediate-liquidity loans actually increases when unemployment rises. Their sophisticated AI-powered risk models process tens of thousands of applications daily, and their multi-layered loss protection structure provides a substantial investor cushion.
