If the funds are currently invested as "Money at Work" in your Account Summary, the funds are not eligible to transfer out because they are currently invested. Once the investments have completed repayment and are accrued in your Cash On Hand, you’ll be able to transfer the funds out. To accrue funds in your Cash On Hand, be sure automatic reinvesting is turned off.

Please note: We do not offer automatic withdrawals from your Groundfloor account to your bank account. You can set aside a specific amount of funds you wish to remain liquid for you manually withdrawal.

To transfer funds to and from your Groundfloor Investor Account, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Groundfloor account.
2. Click on Transfers in the top menu.
3. Click on New Transfer.
4. Select the accounts that you would like to transfer from and to.
5. Verify and confirm your request.

Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for transfers to clear, depending on the bank.

Investments in Groundfloor products can only be made once funds have posted to your Groundfloor Account. Please double-check that you are not making a transfer that you have previously made, which is in process and will be posting soon.

If you need additional assistance, please reach out to one of our Client Relationship Managers, Cliff K. and David S.
