Groundfloor is open for all! We do not require a credit check/score to invest with our platform. We also accept accredited and non-accredited investors.

Furthermore, investors living outside the US are welcome to invest with in our platform. If you are outside the US, go to https://www.groundfloor.us/register_users/new#/ to set up an international account. After entering your information and creating a password, please set up a time to chat to transfer in funds and begin investing. International users are welcome to transfer in funds via wire transfer, with a minimum starting at $5,000.

When international investors would like to withdraw funds, please reach out to customer support and set up a time to chat, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST, to set up a wire transfer to your bank account. Please note that wire fees will be deducted for requests less than $1,000.

Lastly, we will not issue tax forms for any investors that file taxes in any country outside of the US. International investors are responsible for filing their own taxes in their respective country.
