Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) helps protect against unauthorized access to your account. When enabled, each time you log in to your account on a new device, we will send you one-time passwords to use to verify your identity.

To enable Multi-Factor Authentication, go to https://www.groundfloor.us/myaccount/user_settings_securities or click on the Security section within your Account Settings.  You will then add a personal email account which will be used to send you one-time passwords to use as a second sign-in step to authenticate your account when logging in.

You will only need to authenticate once every 30 days as long as you log in from the same device and from the same location. If you log in from a new device, we will verify your identity with MFA.
