To transfer funds out of either of your sub-accounts (that are NOT IRA accounts):
Click on the circled arrow icon labeled 'Transfers'
Then, click on the blue 'New Transfer' button underneath the sub-account you wish to complete a funds transfer for.
Select if you would like it to be a one-tine transfer, or a recurring transfer.
Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
Select the account you would like funds transferred to.
Choose one of the selected amounts, or provide a custom amount in the text box.
Click submit.
If the funds are currently invested as Money at Work in your Account Summary, the funds are not eligible to transfer out because they are currently invested. Once the investments have completed repayment, you’ll be able to transfer the funds out.
Please note: We do not offer automatic withdrawals from your Groundfloor account to your bank account. You can set aside a specific amount of funds you wish to remain liquid for you to manually withdrawal.
