To transfer funds out of your Investor or Auto Investor account(s):

  1. For the Automatic Investor Account, set a "Passive Income" target under "Account Settings", and funds will accumulate in your cash balance, which you can then transfer back into your bank account.

  2. For Investor accounts, be sure to pause "automatic funding", and funds will accumulate in your cash balance, which you can then transfer back into your bank account, by following the steps outlined in the GIF below.

If the funds are currently invested as Money at Work in your Account Summary, the funds are not eligible to transfer out because they are currently invested. Once the investments have completed repayment, you’ll be able to transfer the funds out.

Please note: We do not offer automatic withdrawals from your Groundfloor account to your bank account. You can set aside a specific amount of funds you wish to remain liquid for you manually withdrawal.

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to customer support at support@groundfloor.us or set up a time to chat, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST.
