You can transfer the funds out the same way you transfer funds in.

Due to security and the safety of our investors, please note that funds must remain in the Groundfloor account for up to 10 business days before they can be transferred out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the funds are currently invested as "Money at Work" in your Account Summary, the funds are not eligible to transfer out because they are currently invested. Once the investments have completed repayment, you’ll be able to transfer the funds out.

For more information, see the steps below.

To withdraw funds from your Investor Account:

  1. Log into your Groundfloor account from desktop or mobile browser.

  2. Click the dropdown in the right top corner.

  3. Click “Transfer Funds”.

  4. Select either a one-time transfer or recurring transfer.

  5. In the “From Account” section, select, “Investor Account”.

  6. In the “To Account” section, select your bank.

To withdraw funds from your Auto Investor Account:

  1. Log into your Groundfloor account via the mobile app.

  2. Click on the middle section “Transfers”.

  3. Select “One-time transfer” or “Schedule recurring transfers”.

  4. In the “From” box, select your Auto Investor Account.

  5. In the “To” box, select your bank. Input the amount you wish to withdraw.

  6. Click “Continue” and then “Confirm”.

Please contact us if you have additional questions. You can reach out to customer support at support@groundfloor.us or 404-850-9223, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST.
