To cancel an active, open investment during the cancellation period (typically 48 hours from the time you invest):
Log in to your Groundfloor account
Click on pie chart icon labeled 'Assets'
Select 'Accounts'
Select the investment category for the investment you want to cancel
Click on the specific investment you wish to cancel
From there, you can either 'manage rollover' if a rollover note, or scroll down to the 'cancel' option
