How do loan release batches work in the Flywheel Portfolio?

We add new loans to the Flywheel Portfolio on a regular cadence to enhance diversification and keep your capital actively deployed. As existing loans repay, they’re gradually replaced with new batches of loans. If you've opted into automatic reinvestment, your repayments will be allocated into the next available batch once it's released. Until then, any new investments or reinvestments will be allocated to remaining loans from the current batch.

You can see a detailed view of each loan in the Flywheel Portfolio by visiting your “Invest” page and clicking on the Flywheel Portfolio row. You will find data of each loan that includes property addresses, loan grades, rates of return for each, dollar amounts, and portfolio percentages.
