Investors in the Flywheel Portfolio receive their share of the principal and interest on a weekly basis for portfolio loans that were repaid during the previous month. Historically, 95% of loans originated by Groundfloor have been repaid within two years. We intend to pay out investors in the Flywheel Portfolio for any loans that remain after 36 months at the estimated market value of the loan.
