Groundfloor recently corrected a technical issue that caused Flywheel balances to appear artificially inflated. Previously, the Return of Capital portion of disbursements (the principal from repaid loans) was not being deducted from the Flywheel balance as it should have been.
With this correction, your balance now accurately reflects the principal still actively invested in loans.
