How do I transfer funds out of Groundfloor?

You can transfer the funds out the same way you transfer funds in. Select "transfer funds" on the drop down menu and then select that appropriate account.

Due to security and the safety of our investors, please note that funds must remain in the Groundfloor account for up to 10 business days before they can be transferred out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the funds are currently invested as "Money at Work" in your Account Summary, the funds are not eligible to transfer out because they are currently invested. Once the investments have completed repayment, you’ll be able to transfer the funds out.
