To cancel an active, open investment during the cancellation period (typically 48 hours from the time you invest):
Log in to your Groundfloor account
Click on pie chart icon labeled 'Assets'
Select 'Activity'
Select the investment you wish to cancel, and a side-panel will open up.
Click on 'Cancel Investments' hyperlink at the bottom of the side-panel.
After refreshing your page, you will see a refund for the principal invested in the cancelled investment.
